General/Cottage Terms & Conditions

  1. Once you have made a booking with us we will send you out confirmation showing your balance which must be paid at least 12 weeks before arrival.
  2. Telephone reservations will be held provisionally for 7 days pending receipt of your booking application form and your booking fee.
  3. Any special offers advertised on our website or in any media publications are for new bookings only (holidays booked after date offer is advertised).
  4. Only one offer per booking.
  5. A 25% holding deposit made payable to Carvynick must accompany your completed booking form. Credit card payments carry a 3% surcharge.
  6. Balance payments are due one month prior to commencement of stay.
  7. All bookings made with less than two months’ notice must be paid in full at time of booking. Please note we do not send out reminders. We reserve the right to re-let the unit or charge a £25 late payment fee.
  8. Units are allocated to you upon booking. If you request a particular unit you would like there is an additional charge for this of £15. If you are travelling as a group we recommend that you choose this option as we cannot guarantee that you will be near/next to one another. Special requires must be put to us in writing.
  9. There is a charge of £15 to change or alter your booking.
  10. It is your responsibility to check details on your booking confirmation are correct. Please notify us immediately if they are not. We cannot accept responsibility for errors which are not corrected before arrival.
  11. An official receipt (which must be produced on arrival) will be forwarded if accommodation is available. If accommodation is not available, your deposit will be sent back by return of post.
  12. Privacy: The information supplied in the booking process will be stored on computer for the purposes of future distribution to you of our advertising material under no circumstances will be passed on to a third party. For the purposes of the Data Protection Act.
  13. The number of persons occupying the holiday accommodation must not exceed the advertised capacity of the accommodation booked. Persons classed as occupying the holiday accommodation include any persons sleeping there or regularly eating in the cottages.
  14. We regret that we are cannot accept bookings for unaccompanied persons under the age of 18 years, or for all male or all female parties, except by prior arrangement.
  15. The holiday accommodation is available from 3.00pm and not later than 7.00pm on the day of arrival, (excepting on Bank Holiday Weekends when we will be available until 8.00pm) or by prior arrangement.
  16. On arrival at check in, you will be asked for a security deposit, production of a Credit or Debit card is accepted.
  17. Accommodation must be vacated by 10.00am at the latest, on date of departure.
  18. Accommodation must be left in a clean and tidy condition.
  19. Any breakages or damage must be paid for.
  20. Linen and towels are provided, with the exception of swimming towels.
  21. Please ensure that you bring your own rubber or plastic sheets for young children. Mattresses are expensive and will be charged for if soiled.
  22. The Owners and their Agents reserve the right to enter the cottages at any reasonable time.
  23. Pets are not allowed in the holiday accommodation. Unless booked and agreed upon booking.
  24. There is a 5mph speed limited on site.
  25. Carvynick does not accept responsibility for any injury, loss or damage howsoever arising, to any person using the cottages or on the site. Nor do they accept responsibility for any damage occasioned to motor vehicles or personal property brought into the cottages or onto the site.
  26. Whilst every effort has been made to ensure that the details contained in the brochure are full and accurate, we are unable to accept responsibility for facilities that are subsequently found to be unavailable on site or in the cottages, due to unforeseen circumstances, maintenance or refurbishment.
  27. Any complaints must be notified to the Resort Administration whilst the holidaymaker is still staying onsite.
  28. The Management reserve the right to cancel accommodation if at any time, in their opinion, the behaviour of a visitor is such that the comfort and enjoyment of others is compromised.
  29. In the event that you need to cancel your booking we will endeavour to re-let the accommodation, if we are unsuccessful, no refund will be made.
  30. Whilst every effort has been made to ensure that the details contained in the website are full and accurate, we are unable to accept responsibility for facilities that are subsequently found to be unavailable on site due to unforeseen circumstances, maintenance or refurbishment.
  31. Terms and Conditions are issued to protect the health and safety of all parties and to ensure the facilities, amenities and environment of the Park is preserved for the enjoyment of guests. We reserve the right to amend or add conditions as required.
  32. We reserve the right to refuse bookings from parties that may have a ‘negative’ effect to others.
  33. All bookings made in advance of arrival date must be paid using a debit/credit card. Bookings made on the day of arrival (casual) and paid with cash must be accompanied with ID confirming the name and address given. ID must be in form of a driving license or passport or similarly issue. A £50 cash security deposit will also be required for cash bookings.
  34. We reserve the right to refuse entry into any facility, or the provision of any service or accommodation to any person if they appear to be physically or mentally impaired by the consumption of alcohol or use of recreational drugs, (including appearing hung-over or smelling of drugs or alcohol), and are considered a risk to, or have a potential detrimental impact of, themselves, visitors, guests, staff, or property.
  35. Carvynick reserve the right to ask you to leave at any point they feel your behaviour deems them to such as discrimination. No refunds will be given.
  36. Carvynick reserve the right to terminate any booking at any time, without compensation or refund.

Motorhome Touring Park and Tent Pitches Terms & Conditions

  1. A completed and signed booking form must be returned to Carvynick.

  6. Pitches are available from 12noon on day of arrival and must be vacated by 11am on day of departure; all pitches must be left in a clean and tidy condition.
  7. We regret we cannot accept bookings from unaccompanied persons under 18 years, or all male or all female parties.
  8. Pets are welcome provided they are strictly supervised, and exercised off Carvynick grounds.
  9. Carvynick does not accept responsibility for any injury, loss or damage how so ever arising to any person using the site nor do they accept responsibility for any damage occasioned to motor vehicles or personal property.
  10. Any complaints must be reported to Resort Administration, immediately.
  11. The management reserve the right to cancel your stay at any time, if in their opinion the behaviour of a visitor is such that the behaviour and comfort of others is endangered.
  12. If you need to cancel your holiday, please advise us as soon as possible but please note deposits are non-refundable.
