RV Resort Holiday Booking Terms & Conditions
- A completed and signed booking form must be returned to Carvynick.
- Telephone reservations will be held provisionally for 7 days pending receipt of your booking application form and your booking fee.
- A 25% holding deposit made payable to Carvynick must accompany your completed booking form. Credit card payments carry a 3% surcharge.
- Balance payments are due one month prior to commencement of stay.
- Pitches are available from 3pm on day of arrival and must be vacated by 11am on day of departure; all pitches must be left in a clean and tidy condition.
- We regret we can not accept bookings from unaccompanied persons under 18 years, or all male or all female parties.
- Pets are welcome provided they are strictly supervised, and exercised off Carvynick grounds.
- Carvynick does not accept responsibility for any injury, loss or damage how so ever arising to any person using the site nor do they accept responsibility for any damage occasioned to motor vehicles or personal property.
- Any complaints must be reported to Resort Administration, immediately.
- The management reserve the right to cancel your stay at any time, if in their opinion the behaviour of a visitor is such that the behaviour and comfort of others is endangered.
- If you need to cancel your holiday, we will endeavour to re-let your pitch. If we are not successful, no refund will be made.
- All bookings made with less than one month notice must be paid in full at time of booking.
Whilst every effort has been made to ensure that the details contained in the website are full and accurate, we are unable to accept responsibility for facilities that are subsequently found to be unavailable on site due to unforeseen circumstances, maintenance or refurbishment.
